Does RealAssist offer a free trial?
Yes. Starter (Rs. 299/month) and Pro (Rs. 699/month) plans both include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter (Rs. 299/month) supports up to 5 properties and includes email reminders, lease PDF generation, and basic tenant tracking. Pro (Rs. 699/month) supports up to 10 properties and adds WhatsApp reminders, the full Tenant Portal, document storage, annual tax reports (Schedule HP PDF), market intelligence alerts, and AI rent analysis.
Is there support for NRI landlords?
Yes. Pro and Business plans include the Schedule HP tax report with a dedicated NRI section covering Section 195 TDS at 31.2%, DTAA country-specific notes for 57 countries, and a Form 15CA/15CB checklist.
What happens if I need more properties than my plan allows?
You can add extra property slots for Rs. 49/month per property. This is available on Starter and Pro plans. The Business plan supports up to 25 properties.
Is there a refund policy?
All prices are in INR with no hidden fees. Cancellation is available at any time and takes effect at the end of the billing period. Contact support from within the app for refund queries.
